207 (Guest Week, Day 7)

Hey, here's the last entry for guest week, courtesy of Sade. She drew this at a coffee shop, and I doodled the doodle on the corner there. Tomorrow I will hopefully have a new robot of my own to share.

"S'afunny sort of thing" thought Steve Ornets as he emptied the ash box, this time on to a pile of compost of a nearby farm. "I suppose it looked like a smile to me too, the first time I saw it, this 'Automated-Friend-To-All-Man.' But knowing what I know now, I honestly don't understand how they can't recognize that it's a wide open mouth." The last flakes of ash drifted around in the rays of the sinking sun. "Then again," Steve thought, as he headed back to the deflating tents of the Circus. "They are only rubes. And mostly children at that."
